Cancellation Policy:

In the event of a no -show (not turning up) or a late cancellation (within less than the 48 hour limit before the arrival date/time), a cancellation fee equivalent to a 1 night's stay in the kind of room reserved will be charged.

For prolonged stays (more than 20 days), if you cancel less than 5 days before the arrival date or you do not turn up to the hotel (no show), the establishment will charge the amount corresponding to 2 night's stay in the kind of room reserved.
